AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT 15WL BATTERY FAILED POWER UP TEST. REPLACED BATTERY AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 33-51-38.
