AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ENGINE#2 FUEL FILTER CLOGGED INDICATION ON TAKE OFF WENT OFF AFTER 3 - 5 MINUTES.  REPLACED FUEL FILTER PER AMM 73-11-10.
