## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: CABIN CREW REPORTS SMOKE/FUME EVENT ROWS 3-9 REPORT SMELL OF PLASTIC BURNING. MAINTENANCE FOUND POWER PORTS INOPERATIVE AND REPLACED IN SEAT POWER SUPPLY'S  PER AMM 25-21-38.
