## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: DOOR 2R EXIT SIGN FELL OFF AND COULD NOT BE REPLACED. SECURED THE EXIT SIGN LENS BY TIGHTENING THE SCREW OF LENS.
