## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY LIGHT AT SEAT ROW 4ABC INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND WIRE HARNESS  BROKEN AND REPLACED IT PER AMM 33-51-19. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
