AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT ROW 20 ABC SEAT MOUNTED EMERGENCY ESCAPE LIGHT INOPERATIVE.  MAINTENANCE FOUND EMERGENCY LIGHT WIRE HARNESS FOR SEAT 20ABC BROKEN AND REPLACED THE HARNESS.
