AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: EMERGENCY ESCAPE PATH LIGHTS AT SEAT 11D AND 11H ARE INOPERATIVE. REPLACED WELS CONTROL UNIT AT SEAT 11DEH PER AMM 33-51-07. ACCOMPLISHED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
