AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: NUMBER 1 OVEN IN FIRST CLASS GALLEY SMOKED WHEN TURNED ON FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS FOUND REMNANTS POSSIBLE CAUSE. REMOVED AND REPLACED NUMBER 1 OVEN PER AMM 25-32-03.
