## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: CANNOT OPEN FLIGHT DECK DOOR NORMALLY. MUST ALSO USE FLIGHT DECK DOOR TOGGLE OPEN AT SAME TIME. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LATCH MECHANISM AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 52-51-21.
