AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR LATCH DOES NOT RETRACT EASILY MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO CLOSE LATCH DOOR. LUBED DOOR LATCH MECHANISM AND PERFORMED OPERATIONS CHECK AND FOUND WORKING PROPERLY PER AMM 52 50-00.
