AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: RIGHT OVEN IN  FORWARD GALLEY HAS ELECTRICAL ODOR WHEN TURNED ON. MAINTENANCE REPLACED OVEN PER AMM 25-35-19 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WITH NO ODORS NOTED.
