AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS AFT RIGHT INBOARD JUMP SEAT FLASHLIGHT BASE INOPERATIVE. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT BASE AT FLIGHT ATTENDANT'S AFT RIGHT INBOARD JUMPSEAT PER AMM 25-64-00.
