AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AT GATE, CREW REST SMOKE DETECTOR GOING OFF. MAINTENANCE FOUND OVERHEAD SMOKE DETECTOR FAULTY. REPLACED MAIN DECK CREW REST SMOKE DETECTOR PER AMM 26-14-11. ACCOMPLISHED SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
