AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD BULKHEAD CEILING EXIT SIGN BURNT OUT.  MAINTENANCE REPLACED FORWARD BULKHEAD EXIT SIGN AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
