AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FORWARD PASSENGER DOOR L1 DIFFICULT TO OPEN. REMOVED AND REPLACED L1 DOOR GUIDE ARM PIN AND SCREW IAW AMM 52-11-21, DOOR OPERATES NORMALLY.
