AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AT CRUISE, L1 WINDOW ARCED WITH CRACKING OF OUTER WINDOW PANE. PRESSURIZATION NORMAL DURING CRUISE AND DESCENT.    REMOVED AND REPLACED L1 WINDOW.
