AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: FUME EVENT TALL NORMAL TO POWER STRONG OIL SMELL ON FLIGHT DECK PERSISTED DURING CLEAN UP. RETURNED TO MIA SHUT DOWN LEFT ENGINE DURING TAXI IN FUMES BECAME STRONGER. ACCOMPLISHED TROUBLESHOOTING CARD. REPLACED AIR CIRCULATION FILTERS.
