AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: UPON ARRIVAL INTO MIA WE NOTED THE EMERGENCY EXIT PANEL OF COCKPIT DOOR HAS ONE LATCH ON RIGHT SIDE THAT WILL NOT ENGAGE. READJUSTED COCKPIT DOOR EMERGENCY EXIT PANEL LATCH.
