AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: LEFT WING OUTBOARD TRAILING EDGE FLAP TAB LOWER SURFACE PREVIOUS METAL REPAIR DEBONDED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLAP TAB PER AMM 27-54-62.
