AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: UPON GEAR RETRACTION ON TAKE OFF GREEN NOSE GEAR REMAINS ILLUMINATED WITH RED NOSE GEAR INDIATION NORMAL FOR LANDING WITH GEAR HANDLE DOWN. FOUND S845 BAD REMOVED AND REPLACED S845 NOSE GEAR SENSOR.
