AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD GALLEY OVEN #2 PRODUCING SMOKE AND ODOR WHEN HEATING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED OVEN PER AMM 25-35-19 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
