AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: ENGINE 1 FUEL FILTER CLOG MESSASGE AFTER TAKEOFF AND MESSAGE EVENTUALLY CLEARED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED #1 ENGINE FUEL FILTER PER AMM 73-12-42 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY LEAK / OPERATIONAL CHECK.
