AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EXCESSIVE FORCE REQUIRED TO OPEN/CLOSE THE FLIGHT DECK DOOR IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE DOOR TRIM LOOSE AND SECURED IT AS REQUIRED.
