AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AFTER TAKEOFF THE STABILIZER TRIM TOTALLY FAILED WITH SPEED TRIM FAILED ANNUNCIATION. EMERGENCY DECLARED, FLIGHT RETURNED TO LGA LANDING SAFELY. MAINTENANCE REPLACED HORIZONTAL STABILIZER TRIM MOTOR PER AMM 27-41-71.
