## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: RADIO MANAGEMENT PANEL #1 WENT DARK AND SMELLED OF SMOKE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED RADIO MANAGEMENT PANEL #1 PER AMM 23-13-13. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
