AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: MID LAVATORY DOOR WAS REMOVED DUE TO PASSENGER WAS STUCK INSIDE LAVATORY. MAINTENANCE RE-INSTALLED THE DOOR AND A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK PER AMM 25-45-19.
