AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD LAVATORY DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN IN FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE CLEANED AND LUBRICATED DOOR PER AMM 25-40-00. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
