AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT 18C EMERGENCY LIGHT IS INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND A BROKEN WIRE AND REPAIRED IT PER ESPM 20-43-11. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
