AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FIRST FLIGHT ATTENDANT FLASHLIGHT NOT BLINKING. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLASHLIGHT BATTERY AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
