AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED. FIRST OFFICER'S WINDOW SHADE ( R2 ) WLL NOT RETRACT ( ROLL UP). REMOVED AND REPLACED FIRST OFFICER'S R2 WINDOW SHADE.
