AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT 16A WINDOW SHADE, EXIT ROW WILL NOT RETRACT. REMOVED AND REPLACED SEAT 16A WINDOW SHADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH AMM 25-21-12. CHECKS GOOD.
