AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: ON TAKEOFF GEAR FAILED TO RETRACT. FOLLOWED ECAM SUCCESSFULLY RECYCLED LANDING GEAR. REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR PROXIMITY SENSOR 25GA PER AMM 32-31-73. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
