AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: CAUTION LIGHT ON FLIGHT ATTENDANTS FORWARD CIDS PANEL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE L3 DOOR ASISIT BOTTLE  RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY PER CMM 52-22-16 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY LEAK / OPERATIONAL CHECK.
