AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: CAPTAINS LEFTWINDOW SHOWS EVIDENCE OF ARCING AT THE END OF THE BUS BAR, CRACKING, AROUND THE ENTIRE WINDOW INNER PANE, AND MOISTURE INGRESS AT THE TOP. REMOVED AND REPLACED CAPTAINS LEFT WINDOW.
