AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LAVATORY 4L-F DOOR WON'T UNLOCK FROM THE INSIDE. DOOR CANNOT BE OPENED FROM THE INSIDE. FOUND DOOR LATCH HANDLE LOOSE. TIGHTENED AND DOOR OPERATES NORMAL PER AMM 52-50-00.
