AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: LOUD HUMMING NOISE THROUGHOUT FLIGHT AFT LEFT DOOR. FOUND ROLL PIN STICKING OUT OF THE TOP FORWARD UPPER FLAPPER DOOR. SECURED PIN. OPERATION AND LEAK CHECK GOOD.
