AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT DECK DOOR DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. MAINTENANCE FOUND UPPER TRIM MISSING 2 FASTENERS AND INSTALLED THEM. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMPLISHED.
