AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: 9D EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT DOES NOT ILLUMINATE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED UNDER-SEAT WIRE HARNESS FOR SEAT/ROW 9DEF PER AWM 33-51-06 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
