## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED DO TO FUEL IMBALANCE. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO AZO, LANDING SAFELY. FOUND FUEL LEAK FROM INLET GUIDE VANE (IGV) ACTUATOR. REPLACED IGV ACTUATOR PER AMM 49-52-12.
