AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT 24 AND 25 EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE. DETERMINATED WIRE BROKE AT 7261VC7-A CONNECTER. RETERMINATED THE WIRE AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
