AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: SLIDE PACK AT 1R DOOR HAD CAME OUT OF CASING AS THE GIRT BAR WAS NOT DISARMED. REMOVED AND REPLACED R1 SLIDE PER CARD 08L22125001.
