## Discrepancy

AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: EMERGENCY EXIT AT OVER WING AIRCRAFT LEFT HAS EXIT SIGN WHICH CONTINUOUSLY FLICKERS. MAINTENANCE REPLACED RELAY 8WL PER ASM 33-51-00 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
