AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FORWARD ENTRY DOOR GIRT BAR HOOK LOOSE. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE GIRT BAR RETAINIER CLIP PER AMM 25-66-01 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
