AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEAT 26C EMERGENCY EXIT FLOOR LIGHTING MODULE HAS BECOME UNDONE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED MODULE PER CMM 25-21-61 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
