AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FOUND EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT 12WL INOPERATIVE DURING SYSTEM TEST. REPLACED EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY UNIT 12WL PER AMM 33-51-38 AND ACCOMPLISHED A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK.
