AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: SEATS MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS ROW 18 THRU 13 INOPERATIVE BOTH SIDES. REMOVED AND REPLACED 3L EMERGENCY BATTERY.
