AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED: AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED DUE TO RAISING CABIN PRESSURIZATION ISSUES, EMERGENCY DESCENT TO FLT 100 AIRCRAFT LANDED SAFELY AT SCL WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
