AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: FLIGHT ATTENDANT REPORTS 4L DOOR DIFFICULT TO ARM. MAINTENANCE REMOVED FOD FROM THE GIRT BAR AREA AND LUBED THE GIRT BAR FITTINGS. A SATISFACTORY OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS ACCOMLISHED WITH NO FRICTION NOTED.
