AIRCRAFT WAS NOT GROUNDED: AT CRUISE, "FUEL IMBALANCE" EICAS MESSAGE. 1,700 LB FUEL IMBALANCE RESOLVED WITH CHECKLIST PROCEDURE. REMOVED AND REPLACED RIGHT HAND FUEL QUANTITY DATA CONCENTRATOR (FQDC). FUNCTIONAL CHECK GOOD. PER AMM 28-41-02.
