AIRCRAFT WAS IN BASE MAINTENANCE: LEFT HAND AFT PASSENGER/CREW DOOR L4 EMERGENCY ESCAPE SLIDE CONTACTS FUSELAGE WHEN OPENED. REMOVED AND REPLACED L4 DOOR SLIDE.
